Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based Commercial General Contractor, has begun construction on the remodel and expansion of Veil Orthodontics in Eden Prairie. The project entails adding 2,400 square feet and renovating existing reception, patient care and support office areas. Construction is underway on Bella in Blaine, a spin-off of the successful downtown restaurant Bellanotte. Bella will be about 8,000 square feet with a 2,500 square foot outdoor patio, and will serve the same cuisine as Bellanotte. Diversified has also begun the expansion and remodeling of the 80,000 square foot Whitney Hotel, converting the hotel into 32 condominiums, also adding 3 floors and a parking deck to the existing structure. Diversified recently began remodeling the former Dixies on Calhoun restaurant into a new, contemporary upscale restaurant and lounge called View. Diversified has been selected to remodel the 16,000 square foot Pride Institute, a substance abuse facility in Eden Prairie.
