Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based
Commercial General Contractor, has been selected to
build the new, 6000 square foot Boston's Gourmet Pizza
location in Woodbury. Boston's is a fusion of a familyfriendly
casual dining restaurant and a full-service sports
bar. Construction is underway for 8 office build-outs in
approximately 100,000 square feet in the Wyman Building
in downtown Minneapolis, and the 2400 square foot
remodel and expansion of Veil Orthodontics in Eden
Prairie. Also in progress is the remodeling of the 16,000
square foot Pride Institute, a substance abuse facility in
Eden Prairie. Construction is underway for the expansion
and remodeling of the 80,000 square foot Whitney Hotel,
converting the hotel into 32 condominiums, also adding 3
floors and a parking deck to the existing structure.
Construction recently completed on Bella, an upscale
restaurant in Blaine, as well as the remodeling of the
former Dixies on Calhoun restaurant into a new,
contemporary upscale restaurant and lounge called View.
Diversified has completed an expansion and remodel of
the Crown Bank offices in Edina.
