Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based Commercial General Contractor, has recently been awarded contracts to build new Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurants in Minneapolis and Burnsville. Qdoba restaurants feature fresh, non-traditional, fast-casual Mexican fare. Construction is also underway on the new, 6000 square foot Boston’s Gourmet Pizza location in Woodbury. Boston’s is a fusion of a family-friendly casual dining restaurant and a full-service sports bar. Diversified is also building out 8 offices in 100,000 square feet of the Wyman Building in downtown Minneapolis. Diversified has recently completed remodeling the Pride Institute facility in Eden Prairie, as well as the expansion and remodel of Veil Orthodontics, also in Eden Prairie.
