Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based Commercial General Contractor, has recently been awarded contracts for Big 10 Restaurant in Owatonna, Famous Footwear in Blaine, Sneaky Pete’s in Minneapolis, and Qdoba Mexican Grill in Burnsville. Qdoba restaurants feature fresh, non-traditional, fast-casual Mexican fare. Construction is underway on Qdoba Mexican Grill in Minneapolis, Chipotle in Mankato, Wedding Day Diamonds in Maple Grove, Coldwell Banker Burnet office in Woodbury and Bill’s Imported Foods in Minneapolis. Bill’s Imported Foods is a specialty grocery store featuring Greek, Turkish and other Mediterranean foods. Diversified Construction has recently completed construction on the new 6000 square foot Boston’s Gourmet Pizza in Woodbury. Boston’s is a fusion of a family-friendly casual dining restaurant and a full-service sports bar.
