Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based Commercial General Contractor, has recently been awarded contracts for Jamba Juice in Bloomington, Falafel King in Bloomington, Coldwell Banker Burnet in Burnsville, Lyngblomsten Care Center in St. Paul, Mytana Manufacturing in St. Paul, and R. Norman's Restaurant in Minneapolis. R. Norman's Restaurant will occupy three stories on the corner of 7th Street and Hennepin Avenue in downtown Minneapolis with a large roof top patio. Construction is underway on Café Sati in Woodbury, Dove Capital in Eden Prairie, Obento - Ya Japanese Bistro in Minneapolis, Hollywood Video in Maple Grove, Chipotle restaurant in Apple Valley, Coldwell Banker Burnet Title office in Minneapolis, Whitney Historic Lofts in Minneapolis, the offices of Mears Park in St. Paul, and Riverwest Condos in Minneapolis. Diversified Construction has recently completed construction on Pet Ranch in Blaine, Q'doba Mexican Grill in Plymouth, Coldwell Banker Burnet office in Eagan.
