Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based Commercial General Contractor, has recently been awarded contracts for The Mortgage Squad in Maple Grove, Chipotle restaurant in Apple Valley, Qidoba Mexican Grill restaurant in Plymouth, and R. Normanis Restaurant in Minneapolis. Qidoba restaurants feature fresh, non-traditional, fast-casual Mexican fare. R. Normanis Restaurant will occupy three stories on the corner of 7th Street and Hennepin Avenue in downtown Minneapolis, and boast a large roof top patio. Construction is underway on Sneaky Peteis restaurant and bar in Minneapolis, Veil Orthodontics in Savage, Northtown Mall entrance in Blaine, Whitney Historic Lofts in Minneapolis, and Riverwest Condos in Minneapolis. Diversified Construction has recently completed construction on H&R Block in Minneapolis, North Loop Fitness in Blaine, Provations Medical in Minneapolis, Big 10 Restaurant in Owatonna, and Crave restaurant in Edinais Galleria. Crave features fine American cuisine, and a complete sushi bar.
