Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based Commercial General Contractor, has recently been awarded contracts for the Coldwell Banker Burnet headquarters in Edina, and the Heritage Commons Retail Center Clock Tower in Lakeville. Heritage Commons Retail Center broke ground in April 2007 and is currently constructing Phase III of the project. Construction is underway on Anytime Fitness in Eden Prairie's Loan Oak Center, Canyon Grill in Eden Prairie, R. Norman's Restaurant in Minneapolis, Falafel King in Bloomington, Obento - Ya Japanese Bistro in Minneapolis, Whitney Historic Lofts in Minneapolis, and Riverwest Condos in Minneapolis. The former Whitney Hotel was converted into the Whitney Historic Lofts in Minneapolis. The Riverwest Condos is an apartment to condo conversion projects with over 400 units converted. Diversified Construction has recently completed construction on Dove Capital in Eden Prairie's Loan Oak Center, Jamba Juice in Bloomington, and Café Sati in Woodbury. Café Sati offers a unique coffee shop atmosphere with a remarkable menu and many food choices.
