Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based Commercial General Contractor, has recently been awarded contracts for Obento-ya Japanese Bistro in Minneapolis, Q'doba Mexican Grill restaurant in Plymouth, Timberlodge Steakhouse in Duluth, Café Sati in Woodbury, Dove Capital in Eden Prairie, and R. Norman's Restaurant in Minneapolis. Q'doba restaurants feature fresh, non-traditional, fast-casual Mexican fare. R. Norman's Restaurant will occupy three stories on the corner of 7th Street and Hennepin Avenue in downtown Minneapolis with a large roof top patio. Construction is underway on Café Sati in Woodbury, Dove Capital in Eden Prairie, Hollywood Video in Maple Grove, Chipotle restaurant in Apple Valley, Pet Ranch in Blaine, Coldwell Banker Burnet Title office in Minneapolis, Coldwell Banker Burnet office in Eagan, Whitney Historic Lofts in Minneapolis, and Riverwest Condos in Minneapolis. Diversified Construction has recently completed construction on Veil Orthodontics in Savage, and Sneaky Pete's restaurant and bar in Minneapolis.
