Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based Commercial General Contractor, has recently been awarded contracts for Studio 411 in Minneapolis, Crystal Mental Health in Crystal and Interclad in Plymouth. Construction is underway on Cici’s Pizza in Rochester, Eden Prairie Liquor Store in Eden Prairie, LeeAnn Chin in Mankato, Coldwell Banker Burnet in Fridley and Minnetonka, Woodbury Financial in Eagan, St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, Arts Institute International of Minnesota in Minneapolis and Oildyne Parker Hannifin in New Hope. Diversified Construction has recently completed construction on the Medical Arts Building in Minneapolis, Nash Finch in Edina, LeeAnn Chin in Edina and Roat Osha in Minneapolis. Roat Osha is occupying the former Sawatdee Thai Restaurant location on Hennepin Avenue.
