Construction is underway on ACA International in Edina, Scottrade in Minnetonka, Minnesota Gynecology and Surgery in Edina, Unity One Federal Credit Union in St. Paul, Coldwell Banker Burnet in Coon Rapids, Crave in Edina and Leeann Chin in Woodbury and Stillwater. Diversified Construction has recently completed construction on Flame Cooking with Fire in Roseville, Adele’s Frozen Custard in Excelsior, Paul Nelson Photography in Minneapolis, Fieldhouse Tavern in Crystal, Sanctuary Spa and Salon in Minneapolis, University of Minnesota – Office of International Programs in Minneapolis, World Martial Arts Center in Minneapolis and Leeann Chin in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Richfield, Apple Valley, Bloomington and Eden Prairie.
Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based, full-service commercial General Contractor, has recently named Justin Lappin as a Project Manager. Justin Lappin is a 2008 graduate of Oregon State University with a major in Construction Engineering Management and a minor in Business Administration. Justin was previously an Assistant Project Manager at Diversified Construction.
Justin Lappin is a LEED ® Accredited Professional with the US Green Building Council. Justin has comprehensive knowledge of green building strategies to achieve sustainability and environmentally conscious construction practices.
