Diversified Construction, a St. Louis Park based Commercial General Contractor, has recently been awarded contracts for Ridgedale Office Park in Minnetonka, Studio 411 in Minneapolis, Midwest Coca Cola in Eagan, Yesterday's Auto in Minneapolis and Kellogg Square in St. Paul.
Construction is underway on Crave in the Mall of America, L.A. Nails in the Mall of America, the Pence Building in Minneapolis, Cici's Pizza in Rochester, LeeAnn Chin in Mankato and Crystal Mental Health in Crystal. Diversified Construction has recently completed construction on Eden Prairie Liquor Store in Eden Prairie, Arts Institute International of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Woodbury Financial in Eagan, Oildyne Parker Hannifin in New Hope and Sports World in Eden Prairie.
